Shipping and Returns
At Japandi Living, we aim to process orders as soon and as carefully as possible. We strive to process and ship orders within 48 hours but as many items are made to order, slight delays may occur.
Canada Orders

USA Orders
- Free Shipping on all orders over $100
- $15 Flat Rate Shipping for orders under $100
Orders within Canada
Orders places with Japandi Living within Canada will be processed and shipped from Vancouver, BC using Fedex or UPS. Shipping to remote and rural addresses will be with Canada Post. No additional fees and taxes will apply.
All rejected and returned shipment charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
United States orders
All USA orders placed with Japandi Living will be processed and shipped from Washington State. All orders will be shipped via UPS or Fedex. Orders to Rural and remote addresses will be through USPS. No additional fees and taxes will apply to orders placed.

International Orders
For all orders outside of Canada and the United States, please email us (info@livejapandi.com) for a shipping quote as prices vary depending on location.
Returns
All refunds are subject to a $15 Flat Rate Shipping fee - This amount will be deducted from the refund provided to the customer upon receiving the return product.
Within 14 days - We at Japandi Living hope you do enjoy every purchase you make with us, but in the chances you are not, we will gladly issue a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. All sale and custom made items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
Must include all packaging and in new condition - All returns must be in its original packaging and in new, unused state. Live Japandi reserves the rights to reject returns that do not meet the required criteria's.
